Enhancing potential through academics, enrichment opportunities, and basic resources.
The Community Outreach Coalition provides various community development programs throughout Hampton Roads. COC has utilized its relationship with community agencies to offer the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, culinary garden, serving seniors program and various after-school enrichment activities.
