Mission & Vision
Community Outreach Coalition
Community Outreach Coalition removes barriers to education, employment, and economic mobility through The Access Framework.
We connect youth, adults, and families with the education, workforce training, career opportunities, professional relationships, and community resources they need to build brighter futures.
Our mission isn't simply to provide programs.
Our mission is to create access.
